1. Introduction

Truva is a brand operated by Fundația Eufrat (CUI 50074993), Str. Linia de Centură nr. 50, Ștefăneștii de Jos, Ilfov, Romania, which is the data controller ("we", "our"). We respect your right to privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you entrust to us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it and what your rights are, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them through our cookie banner. You can decline, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the providers that make the service work, each acting under its own privacy terms and appropriate safeguards:

  • Resend – sending your booking confirmation email;
  • Cloudflare – website hosting and security.

Some of these providers may process data outside Romania (within the EU/EEA and, for some, the United States) under appropriate legal safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We also disclose data where the law requires it.

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

  • The right to access your data;
  • The right to rectify inaccurate data;
  • The right to erasure of your data ("the right to be forgotten");
  • The right to restrict processing and to data portability;
  • The right to object to processing and to withdraw your consent at any time.

7. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. That said, no system can guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
