1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing this website and using the services offered by Truva, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our site and services.

2. The services offered

Truva offers sessions, workshops and informational materials dedicated to the Wim Hof Method, which include breathing techniques, cold exposure and mindset exercises. The content is intended for educational and personal-development purposes and does not replace specialist medical advice.

3. Sign-up and participation

Sign-up for workshops takes place through the platforms indicated on the site. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is correct and that you meet the minimum conditions for participation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a sign-up in justified situations.

4. Medical disclaimer

Breathing techniques and cold exposure can have intense physiological effects. Never practise the breathing exercises in water, while driving, or in any other situation where fainting could be dangerous. If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular problems, epilepsy or other medical conditions, consult a doctor before taking part. You take part in our activities at your own risk.

5. Payments, cancellations and refunds

Workshops are sold by Fundația Eufrat (CUI 50074993). The price is shown per person at the time of booking and is the final amount you pay. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. A company invoice (factură) is available on request.

Because a workshop is a leisure and wellbeing service delivered on a specific date, it is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal that normally applies to distance purchases (art. 16 lit. l of OUG 34/2014). Our own cancellation policy, below, is deliberately more generous.

If you need to cancel or change your booking:

• More than 48 hours before the workshop: we refund you in full, or move you to another date, whichever you prefer.
• Within 48 hours, or if you cannot make it on the day: message us and we will do our best to move you to a later date. Refunds this close to the day are handled case by case, and we try to be fair.
• If we ever cancel a workshop (too few people, weather, illness): you get a full refund or a free place on another date, your choice.

6. Intellectual property

All the content on this website - text, images, logos, graphic and video materials - is protected by copyright law and belongs to Truva or its partners. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited. "Wim Hof Method" is a trademark of its rightful owners.

7. Limitation of liability

Truva makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but does not guarantee that the site will be free of errors or interruptions. We accept no liability for any damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the site and services.

8. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect at the moment they are published on this page. Continued use of the site after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
